It could be the last phase of the home selling process, if properly processed by the right mortgage professional. Before you can breathe a sigh of relief, there are a few other steps to be completed prior to the deal is finally done. Once a buyer has decided to make an offer on your home, the buyer most likely require a mortgage pre-quallification letter, a final approval, a home inspection and appraisal to be performed on the home.
